Technical features of copper bus bar:

 

1. Material is of fire-resistant PVC and redl copper

Flexible copper connectors in solderless pressed designnonperishable, higsoft, nonperishable, high conductivity.

Standard design

Uncoated or tinned Copper foils 0.1mm (standard) or 0,15/0,20 mm on request with solderless pressed contact areas made out of tinned or bear Copper tubes.

 

Contact areas

 

Contact areas rectangular without bending protection (standard). With or bending protection only on one side on request. It is also possible to change the length of all contact areas.

 

Drilling

 

Standard design without drilling. On request drilling according to customers' wishes are available.

 

Insulation

 

On request deliveradle also in non-insulated design. Standard material for insulated design is a PVC-tube or materials on request. Liquid resistances Available with protected insulation against liquids or moisture on request.

 

Special designs

 

In special design we deliver also connectors made out of tinned wires or with coated contact areas (tin-silver plated) or in coordination with your application according to your drawings samples or wishes.

A.Yes,we are factory for copper and aluminum bus bars since year of 2012.You are welcome to visit our factory at your convenient time.

 

Q1. What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 5-7 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
