1. Mixing blades
The mixing system adopt the design of multi mixing blades, free of dead corner, which enables to have the perfect mixing efficiency in a short time.
2. Electric lubricating pump
National patent host monitoring system can monitor hydraulic pump ,retarder oil temperature, oil level. Users could discover and deal with faults in time, which could improve the service life.
3. Gear box(Reducer)
Adopt Italy gear box, long service life,lower noise, no oil leakage.
4. Axle-end seal
Shaft end seal with unique pressure differential multiple sealing technique, where there was a substantial increase of shaft service life.
5. Discharging system
Advanced hydraulic discharging door . In condition of sudden power outage ,the discharging door can be opened by hand, prevent concrete from lumping in the mixer.

Q2. Which kind of concrete it can mix?
A:Heavy concrete, common concrete, light concrete. Light concrete
we recommend our JSS series, it adds spiral blade and can mix more
evenly.
Q3. What is the discharging mode of your concrete mixer?
A:Both hydraulic and pneumatic discharging modes are available.
Hydraulic is more advanced and popular than pneumatic type. However
we supply as per customer's requirement.
Q4. What is the material do you use for milling blades and lining
board?
A:High chromium alloy wear resistant plate and high manganese alloy
lining board.
