Weighing system
In accordance with the national standards of measurement and
weighing, sand and gravel from the loader into the concrete
batching machine. After measuring, aggregate will be conveyed by a
belt conveyor into the middle of the mixer located in the middle of
the warehouse.
Mixing system
The mixing system is the core system of the concrete mixing

Storing system

kind of materails.
Cement silos store powdery materials such as cement and fly ash. The powdery material is communicated with the ash inlet pipeline through the bulk cement conveyor, and directly sent to the powdery silo for storage. Finally, it is conveyed to the concrete mixer by a screw conveyor.
Additive weighing
On top of the concrete mixer, the prefabricated additives and water
are mixed into the mixer and mixed with the weighed powder for the

Control system
The Control system is divided into two types of fully automatic and
