Description of Conveyor Line

 

Semi-automatic Metal Machining Production Line: this production line is specially used for the semi-automatic milling of the end face of the guide rail and the large back processing, the special machine tool and the logistics of the two ends and the mortise and tenons and holes at both ends.

 

The cold drawn rail processing line: It adopts automatic transportation and pneumatic turnover to reduce labor intensity and improve labor efficiency.

 

Semi-automatic metal processing production line

 

1. Applicable range of products: T45 T50A T70A T70B T75-3/B,T78,T82,T89/B,T90/B,T114/B,T127-1/B,T127-2/B,T140-1/B,Length: 4m,5m.

 

2. Produce Time: based on operator proficiency level.

 

3. Transverse conveying system: flexible transport with double row top roller chain. It is composed of frame, cycloidal pin wheel reducer, conveyor chain support, main drive shaft and tension device. The conveying method can realize multiple gathering and single processing of the guide rails in each processing position, thus shortening the transversal conveying time, making each processing section closely connected, logistics conveyor material rack should be firm and reliable, and no shaking in the normal working process. Reducing labor intensity and improve work efficiency.

 

4. Guide rail sizing mechanism: milling material rack there are two pneumatic lifting frame, pneumatic lifting, artificial control, 4 meter and 5 meter manual switching, positioning adjustment amount: 50mm, pedal pneumatic control during operation.

 

Conveying and Control

 

1. The discharge area is provided with a discharge rack with a ball chain for lifting.

 

2. The drive of the rack raceway is driven by a chain with a chain pitch of 15.875mm.

 

3. The longitudinal transmission speed of the whole line is about 12~15m/min.

 

4. The main material of the longitudinal (lifting) conveyor adopts rectangular pipe and C-shaped steel, and the drive chain is built-in.

 

5. The main material of the transverse conveyor is a rectangular tube. The conveyor chain is mainly a double-row overhead ball chain with a pitch of 25.4mm.

 

6. The whole line electrical control is PLC control mode, and each action command and signal transmission should be accurate and reliable. Paint drying and oiling film line electrical equipment matching: PLC adopts Japan Mitsubishi or Taiwan Delta brand, touch screen adopts Weilun brand, photoelectric control adopts Zhejiang Feiling brand, contactor and intermediate relay adopt Schneider brand, open use Zhejiang Deli Western brand, the cylinder uses Zhejiang Leerda brand. 8. Motors, reducers, electrical, hardware, etc. use national high-quality standard parts, with versatility, interchangeability, stable and reliable performance, bearings should use dust-proof bearings.

 

9. The line of the control cabinet to the components of the equipment is provided by Buyer; the main pneumatic pipeline (the location of the galvanized pipe needs to be arranged) is provided by Seller, and the line from the power bus to the control cabinet is provided by Seller.

 

10. When the equipment leaves the factory, it should provide the main purchased parts, wearing parts, specifications list and instruction manual, electrical schematic, hydraulic oil circuit diagram, certificate of conformity and delivery list.
