Q1: How long does it take to ship after payment?

Q2: How long is the warranty period?
The entire machine is covered by a one-year warranty, during which
we offer a comprehensive warranty for the entire machine. Should
any quality issues arise within this warranty period, we will
initially provide online technical assistance. In the event of any
broken machine parts, we will promptly send you the necessary spare
parts at no additional cost. If the machine requires repair, you
may return it to us, and we will assume full responsibility for all
