Max. feature of this serial product lies in the fact that it has no
special requirements to the processed metal material properties. In
principle, it can process all the conductive materials such as
super-hard and hard alloy, quenching materials, stainless steel
ductile materials, various magnet steel fragile materials,
uneasily-clamped thin wall spares etc.

Parameter is not required to put in, Artificial Intelligence works out perfect parameter
immediately after putting in cutting thickness and
wire diameter, Different accuracy based on different workers with
different experience will be solved.

We adopt 6 sets high lever linear guide way on the traveling system including X,Y axis and other running accessories, X,Y axis adopts 2 sets high level ball screw. Wire Swing system: the first company adopt linear guide way, make the travel move smoothly without any obstruction, it make sure the swing without any wear, solve the big obstruction, big wear, etc problem from the V shape guide way.Tape or Angle part: UV axis tape unit has got national patent, patent number:2L2008200332261. Perfect design high lever tape unit, make high accuracy for moving and tape cutting. Wire Tension System: National patent number: 2L200820000226.7. Adopt double direction wire tension system, keep the wire tension with same strength during the working time, which can protect the wire and reduce the wire broken possibility.
