Taesin 3 Axis CNC Machining Center is designed with the pyramid structure with the features: strong, stiff and rigid. Each side can get the strength support from the other two against lateral pressures. This Pyramid structure doesn’t bend, deform, twist or change shape, which can provide good thermal stability, rigidity, accuracy and stiffness. This is good for machining heavy cutting with high precision and stability.
The structure with C-frame approach and heavy cast iron construction can ensure the quick, efficient cutting force transfer from spindle to column and finally to the base of the machine. The FEA design had been used to perfect the column, carrier, saddle, cast bed and table components to let the CNC Machining Center have good rigidity, stiffness precision and faster moverments.
