table are made of annealed high-quality ribbed Meehanite Cast
Steel. The column guides the spindle milling carriage and the
milling spindle, which can dampen the cutting force and the weight
of the workpiece. And all linear guideways are mounted on the very
fine surface for maximum contact and exceptional cutting rigidity.
Taesin CNC Vertical Milling Machine has bigger span in
the base to ensure rigidity and stable performance. For improving
the ability to do heavy cutting and processing, saddle is made
wider and thicker. The contact between the spindle box and column
is strengthened with rib structure to provide great support. Taesin
CNC Machine use the core components from Germany, Japan, or Taiwan
to ensure the long-term stability and durability.
For guarantee the quality, the geometrical
accuracy and repeatability and positioning accuracy are all tested
by laser equipment. The machine roundness is measured by ball bar.

cutting and machining test is finished.
