CNC Tapping Center has the following features:
With head umbrella tool magazine for fast tool
change speed, this CNC Tapping Machine is used for drilling and
tapping efficiently. It has automatic tools change for
saving processing time.
Three-axis adopting ball linear guide way, fast
speed and high precision.
Tool rigidity has improved, leading to less
vibration and tool tilt, which further improves machining
performance.
Super wide and stable base, box type column,
saddle is lengthened and widened to ensure the stabilitywhen do the
high-speed machining.
The rigidity of the column and spindle head has
been improved to expand the machining area.
Greatly reduced tool change time to
achieve high productivity.
Optimized the shape of the structure and
arrangement of ribs to enhance machine rigidity, leading to
improved cutting performance.
Non-cutting time is reduced by increasing
rapid traverse rate and acceleration(rapid traverse rate: 60
m/min). Various functions, such as spindle acceleration/
deceleration and ATC, are also enhanced, with tool change
time of 2.0 seconds
The shape of the base with a center
trough structure is modified to improve chip discharge. The
machining area, machine room, and tool stocker are separated to
prevent any chip problems

do strick test and inspection: RENISHASW laser detector
test the precision of each machine strictly, do the dynamic
compensation according to the fact data in the scene,ensure the
best position precision and repeat position precision.
And RENISHASW circulation detector, and pass through the
improve of cnc system servo,ensure machine's straight and vertical
precision.
During the warranty period, any damage
due to the quality, we will be responsible for the replaced
parts. If the machine problem is not belonging to our machine
quality problems, when the buyer needs us send engineers to
provide repairing service, we charge the related cost.
Taesin CNC Tapping Machine Technical Service:
1. Installation and Testing: Our engineer provide free installation
and testing, and train local operator and mechanic; Buyer should
bear the cost of flight ticket, food and hotel.
2. Technology Support: According to the finished product features,
engineer will adjust related CNC machine parameters and train local
operator and mechanic.
3. Guarantee: 12 Months after successful running; Any damage
because of quality during 12 months, Seller will be responsible and
provide the parts for free.
4. Within 24 Months, we provide software technology consulting
service.
5. Spare Parts Supply: For providing better service, our company
would like to provide the spares parts at the cost price.

parameter.
2. Inspection and Acceptance Requirement:
2.1 Inspection and acceptance can be done after testing in
manufacturer’s factory. Geometric and positioning accuracy
inspection, and do machining on spot. Make sure the processing
accuracy and range meet technical requirement. Machine can be
delivered after both of seller and buyer sign.
