CNC system programming of CK6160 lathe adopts ISO international
code, manual input of keyboard, data transmission with PC through
RS232 communication interface, power-off protection and various
self-diagnosis functions. The machine tool guide rail adopts
wear-resistant cast iron and is quenched by super-audio. The
hardness is above HRC45°, which can ensure the processing precision
for a long time. The spindle bearings are made of high-speed mating
angular contact bearings. The specially designed pre-tightening
force is that the spindle has high speed and rigidity. The
high-precision ball screw drive is used in the horizontal direction
of the carriage, which has good dynamic performance and high
machining precision.
