Classification according to corrosion resistance type
It can be divided into stress corrosion resistance stainless steel, pitting corrosion resistance stainless steel, intergranular corrosion resistance stainless steel, etc.

Classified by functional characteristics
Can be divided into free cutting stainless steel, magnetic stainless steel, low temperature stainless steel, high strength stainless steel.

For a known grade of stainless steel, its chromium equivalent [Cr] and nickel equivalent [Ni] can be calculated according to its chemical composition. The microstructure and properties of the steel can be roughly estimated by using Schaeffler-Delong stainless steel microstructure diagram.

Matrix structure classification

1, ferritic stainless steel. Contains 12% ~ 30% chromium. The corrosion resistance, toughness and weldability of the stainless steel improve with the increase of chromium content, and the stress corrosion resistance of chloride is better than other kinds of stainless steel.
2, austenitic stainless steel. Chromium is more than 18%, but also contains about 8% nickel and a small amount of molybdenum, titanium, nitrogen and other elements. Good comprehensive performance, can withstand a variety of media corrosion.
3, austenite-ferrite duplex stainless steel. It has the advantages of austenite and ferritic stainless steel, and has superplasticity.
4, martensitic stainless steel. High strength, but poor plasticity and weldability.

Q: How long can I expect to get the sample?
A: Samples will be ready for delivery in 7-15 days for new mold products. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
 
Q: What about the lead time for mass production?
A: It depends on the order quantity and processing technology. But we always try to meet customers' requirement by adjusting our workshop schedule. Generally, the lead time is about 15-35 days
 
Q: How is terms of delivery?
