zero deviation value in the Z direction in G54 is 0,Setting the
Z-axis on the upper surface of the workpiece, taking out the type 1
tool from the tool magazine and installing the spindle, using the
tool to position the tool in the Z-direction zero offset of the
workpiece coordinate system value, input the Z-direction zero
offset value into the "+" and "-" in the corresponding length
compensation code of the machine tool, and in the program, if the
length compensation command is G43, Then the Z-direction zero
offset value of the "-" is input into the corresponding length
compensation code of the machine tool,According to the same
procedure, in the corresponding length compensation code of the
machine, input the Z-direction 0 offset value of No. 2 and No. 3
tools;
- The processing software generated by the computer is transmitted to
the CNC processing memory of the machine through the data line.
After inspection, restore the Z value of the part to the original
value, push the high-speed motion override switch and cutting feed
override switch to the minimum position, and then press the NC
start button to operate. When cutting, pay attention to the
direction of movement of the cutting tool and the length of
residual movement;
- Take a part and test it, measure it with calipers and analyze it
for quality. Clean up the processing site and shut down the
machine.
