How to use multi-blade saw gear grinding machine:
1,First of all, the grinding wheel lift is adjusted to the lowest, the saw blade is installed on the saw blade seat, a good pressure plate, turn the handwheel, the saw blade is driven by the lead screw to move up and down the saw blade is adjusted to more than 30~50 mm of the pressure head, and the pressure head is compressed.
2,Adjust the serrated position at the end of the gear shift and align the grinding wheel with the serrated saw blade. Then adjust the grinding wheel to the grinding * position to start grinding.
3,Grinding wheel Angle adjustment: to adapt to grinding saw blades with different serrated front angles. The Angle of the wheel mounting plate can be adjusted. The method is to loosen the two bolts of the mounting seat plate of the grinding wheel holder (do not remove the nuts) and then rotate the grinding wheel holder in a clockwise direction. Turn so that the front end of the grinding wheel, when the saw blade feed grinding, can contact the entire plane of the front corner of the tooth (from the tip of the tooth to the root of the tooth).
