PVC patches are primarily used for military gear for the US Army, Navy, Air force, or Marine Corps, but can be affixed to either fabric or hard surfaces, including bags, jackets, uniforms, and more. Permanent attachment can be achieved with sewing, or hook-and-loop can be used if you prefer the freedom of removing and re-attaching.
