1. Machine Introduction

The JH-600 is a new generation of the table type overlay welding machine developed by our company, which is functioned by the high performance PLC + digital system for its control system, the TECO servo precision system control for its pallet displacement, the latest TECO JSPD servo system control technology for its wire control, the horizontal double driving guides + code mode of feed control for its ejector plate feeding displacement of parent metals, and the SAMSR driver + OPG motor control for its powder dropping in which the precision of wire feeding and powder dropping is enabled within ±1.0g. The hydraulic pressure of the system adopts the analog quantity to control its automatic pressure circulation of setting values to improve the pressure control accuracy up to an range of 0.15%, which controls the welding torch within compound swing of 10-48mm for welding, and cools the welding torch head by circulating cooling water constant pressure cooling while cooling the parent metals by variable frequency water pressure circulating, avoiding the deformation of the base metal due to the overheat in the welding process. The difference between the JH–800 and traditional machines is indicated by our optimization to the parent metal workpiece movement of the machine in welding process to minimize the mechanical wear in the long-time operation, and reduce the attenuation coefficient of accuracy. The positioning accuracy of the pallet in the X-axis and the Y-axis directions to the parent material is controlled within millimeters and the machine is always accurately controlled to each movement in both automatic and manual welding modes. JH-800 is designed with double wire welding and wire powder dropping modes which allows the independent and bi-directional operations for each mechanism in manual mode. The machine welding control system can accurately set the speed, feed the wire, drop the powder and display the X-axis running coordinates, and adopts the digital design to improve the overlay welding performance of the machine and improve the process, including closed-loop control, analog quantity conversion, digital quantity data given, frequency broken wire detection, and automatic detection & alarm. The operation is functioned by TECO 10.2 inch real color touch screen to monitor and display the running status by Chinese and English operation pages with help wizard mode, information feedback, abnormal alarm for a practical key automatic operation, which thus reduces the labor input and improves the production efficiency significantly.
