Standard hydraulic pipe clamps with stainless steel plates & bolts according to DIN 3015

1) Size range:
Standard hydraulic pipe clamps are fit for tube / pipe size O.D. 6mm -102mm
2) Structure:
Assembly including cover plate, welded plate (elongated plate
available), clamp bodies (2), high strength bolts (2).
Rail nut pipe clamps (L-G9 series) available: cover plate + clamp body(2)+ bolts(2) +
rail nuts(2), installed on steel channels or rails.
Stacking pipe clamps (L-G13) available (max. 5 layers): Stacking Bolts + Clamp body +
safety locking plates.
3) Materials:
Cover Plate / safety locking plates: Stainless steel (304 / 316)
Welded Plate: Stainless steel (304 / 316)
Bolts: Stainless steel (304 / 316)
Rail nuts: Stainless steel (304 / 316)
Clamp Body: Polypropylene(PP) / Polyamide(PA) / Aluminum(AL)
4) Features:
Excellent UV, weathering and chemical resistance – even under
extreme conditions.
With strong strength, accurate dimensions, good corrosion
resistance and durable in use.
5) Working Temperature:
PP -30 centi degree up to +90 centi degree in dark green
colour
PA -40 centi degree up to +120 centi degree in dark colour
Alu. for high temperature application, upto 500 ℃.
6) Application:
Standard hydraulic pipe clamps are suitable for oil, liquid and gas pipe /tube installation and
fastening in the hydraulic system in different areas such as the
metallurgy, construction machinery, petroleum industry, chemical
industry, ship buliding, power station and so on.
