Introduction:
Horizontal type air flow carbonization furnace for wood is our
newest invention, it adopts design principle of horizontal type,
reduce the carbonization time, and adopts advanced hot air
carbonization process technology which greatly increases
carbonization ratio (increased from about 88% to 99%) and shortens
the carbonization time and shows the features of easy operation,
higher safety and efficiency, energy saving and environmental
protection.

To improve the design of the charcoal carbonization furnace, in order to prevent gas leakage, the oven door with graphite packing seal, greatly enhancing the effect of carbonization
1. In the carbonization process ,can produce combustible gas,can
recycle these gas.These gas delivery to the white tank through No.1
pipeline,then open the valve of the No.2 pipeline, these gas can
reach to the bottom of the furnace through the No.2 pipeline.At the
No.4 valve, you can be connected to a pipeline at the No.4 valve,
so that can use the extra gas,these gas can cooking, burnning
boiler etc.So can save some cost, it is enery-saving.
2. NO5This is shunt tank, at the Nbottom(NO.5) can collect the wood
tar.
Every year large amount of the crop residues such as straw , branches, sawdust, rice hulls, bamboo bits or other debris are discarded,which causes great waste to our society. Now Our equipments can turn these wastes to a kind of new efficient energy --- charcoal, wood tar, etc.. The machine-made charcoal can replace the natural charcoal, meanwhile, protect the forestry resources, and ease the tense situation of current timber industry .
At present our country’s economy is undergoing a period of rapid development, and the charcoal is in great demand in the fields of industry, agriculture, animal husbandry and civilian industries.In China, the cost of raw materials of making charcoal is generally USD100/ton, but the market price of charcoal is about USD400 800ton, and the exporting price is more than USD600 /ton. Furthermore,the by-products of making charcoal such as wood tar and wood vinegar will bring much more profits.
