Features of Dog Treats Extruder Machine
1. Dog chews are a kind of pet toy or pet food.
2. Dog chew can be divided into leather chew, die-cast chew, direct
extrusion chew according to the processing method.
3. The direct extrusion type chew mainly processes the strip-shaped
and rod-shaped two-color chew, and its shape is directly shaped by
the extrusion of the grinding tool, and is cut by the cutting
machine to reach the desired ideal size.
4 Its shape is based on product requirements, five-pointed star, five-sided, six-sided, cross, dog bones, two-color bear paw, pork belly and other shapes.
5. Smart Machinery Company developed its own two-color automatic twisting machine to realize single-color automatic twisting and unwinding.
6. According to the capacity demand, it can provide two

gas power, material storage, final storage, worker’s restroom, etc.

for the Visa to your country immediately; while the machines
arrives your factory, our engineers are ready to start for the
commissioning service.
3. 1-2 of our engineers will go to your factory to install and
adjust the processing line to realize normal production at shortest
time.
4. Our engineers have responsibility to teach the workers how to
operate, clean, maintain and repair all the machines, until the
workers could well operate the processing line.
5. Our engineers can provide basic formula for the production, and
help the customer to produce good quality food according customer’s
detailed formula.
