Discharge Filter
Main features
◎ PLC control is applied with programs which can be designed,

physical field. Feeding, preliminary filter, washing, precise
filter, discharge can be supervised during the full procedure.

could be adjusted.

frictional powder pollution.
◎ The full sealing parts have applied silicon rubber or fluorine
rubber. Nitrogen protection system is applied in the inside part of
the centrifugal machine, sealing and explosion prevention
requirements can be realized.
◎ Reasonable structure design, on line washing system(spraying
system)guarantee the clean extent requirement and GMP norm can be
corresponded to.
◎ Pneumatic system has been applied in automatic operation parts to
keep sanitary and clean.
◎ Frequency emission material procedure control.
◎ Pneumatic auxiliary scraper can be chosen, there is no remaining
jam in the rotating drum after discharge

◎ Design of vibration reduction & separation is scientific and
reasonable, balance pieces and imported high precision liquid type
resistance vibration separation system have been applied, the
vibration of the machine is fully absorbed by vibration separation
system, there is no shock disturbance for the foundation ground or
nearby environment.
◎ Balance plate of the device foundation can be used for operation
platform, which makes operation and maintenance more convenient
◎ Safety protection: inspection of rotational speed, over vibration
protection, protection for discovering, over charge or over heat

motor, double electrical control for rotation of scraper and lift
machinery, combined lock for the scraper and rotating drum
The motor drives the bowl to turn at a medium speed.The feeding
valve is opened to feed the materials from the feeding pipe to the
bowl.The
materials are eveny spread to the bowl walls.The feeding will stop
after the intended volume is reached.
The bowl will turn at a high speed.Under the action of centrifuge
force,the liquids are discharged outside the machine after passing
through the
filter cloth and bowl filtration pores.The solides are retained in
the bowl.After the rotation speed of the bowl is reduced to a low
one.the scraper will
turn to make reciprocating movements and scrape the solids off the
bowl walls.Then the solids will be discharged from the bottom of
the
centrifuge.
Application:
Apply to separate the suspended liquid , the solid can be powder,
granular, crystal and fibrous. and the diameter of the solid larger
than 0.01 mm. it also applies to dewater the work pieces like yarn,
textiles and so on.
