Tungsten carbide buttons
Tungten carbide buttons are widely applied in geological prospecting, coal mining and oil well boring. Our carbide studs and buttons have a good shock resistance and bending resistance in use. Recommended grades for tungsten carbide buttons: YG6, YG8, YG10, YG12, YG15, YG20, YG25 etc.

Advantage:
► Using over 99.95% high purity tungsten carbide powder, it has a
better strength and hardness
combined with a longer service life than the normal one.
►Taking isostatic pressing machine, our drill bit button has a
uniform density and do not break easily.
► HIP sintered, increase the strength substantially therefore
extend service time;
the abrasive resistance of carbide button can be increased.
► Grinded by center-less grinder, it has precise measurement. Be
welted tightly, it do not drop from drill.
