1PC ball valve ' s material is stainless steel 304,we can also
produce stainless steel 316 1PC ball valve, use investment
castng method, the 1PC ball valve is thread type, can
machining PT,NPT,BSP,G thread type. The handle lies flat
in alignment with the flow when open, and is perpendicular to it
when closed, making for easy visual confirmation of the valve's
status.
1PC ball valve is mainly used to cut off, distribute and change the
flow direction of medium in pipeline. 1PC ball valve is a new type
of valve widely used in recent years. It has the following
advantages:
1. Small fluid resistance, full diameter 1PC ball valve basically
no flow resistance.
2. Simple structure, small volume, light weight.
3. Tight and reliable. 1PC ball valve has two sealing surface,
and the sealing surface material of the 1PC ball valve is widely
used in a variety of plastics, good tightness, and can achieve
complete sealing. It has also been widely used in vacuum systems.
4. Easy to operate, open and close quickly, from full open to full
close as long as the rotation of 90°, convenient for remote
control.
5. Easy maintenance, 1PC ball valve structure is simple, the
sealing ring is generally active, disassembly and replacement are
more convenient.
6. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surface of the ball
and the valve seat is isolated from the medium. When the medium
passes, it will not cause the erosion of the valve sealing surface.
7. Applicable to a wide range of sizes from small to a few
millimeters to a few meters, from high vacuum to high pressure can
be used.
