Stainless Steel CF8 / CF8M Wine Brewery 3PC Ball Valve
1. Our 3PC ball valve workingtemperature is -25 degree to +180degree, pressure rating is 1000PSI(PN63), we have thread type and welding type, so 3PC ball valve can be used in different situations.
2. This is a CF8 / CF8M 3PC ball valve used for wine brewery.
3. We can produce according to customers' requirements and have a professional R & D team. You can provide us with 2D or 3D drawings, or directly state your requirements, our team can give your best service.
4. 3PC ball valves are durable, performing well after many cycles, and reliable, closing securely even after long periods of disuse.
Product features:
1. The chemical composition & physical properties meets the
requirement of natiaonal standard And send Testing Report to
customers when shipment .
2. All valve body & parts are processed by CNC machine tools
for ensuring product precision
3. Every piece workblank must be tested by QC. Those defected
workblank returns to bake again .
4. All products use petroleum and anti-rust oil to clean under high
pressure before assembling works. Also clean the inside medium
after pressure testing and the inner chamber cleanliness is up to
the standard of JB/T7748 .
5. Every piece valve makes pressure testing as per national
standard before shipment. Any defected goods prohibit to ship for
client.
6. Rotate the switch at 90 degrees, which has the function of quickly switching off.
