6000PSI Lost Wax Cating Female Thread SS Needle Valve

 

1. SS needle valve is an advanced connection type valve in power station, oil refining, chemical plant and instrument measuring pipeline. This kind of valve should be installed horizontally in the pipeline.

2. The SS needle valve has good sealing performance and long service life. Even if the sealing surface is damaged, SS needle valve only needs to replace the vulnerable parts and can continue to use.

3. During installation, the flow direction of medium shall be consistent with the arrow direction on the SS needle valve body.

 

Selection principle :

 

Stainless acid resistant SS needle valve is used for stainless acid resistant steel valve with nominal pressure PN ≤ 6.4Mpa and temperature lower than or equal to 200 ℃ for nitric acid, acetic acid and other media.

 

1.The low temperature SS needle valve with valve cover should be selected for the pipeline system and device of low temperature medium.

2. Lifting rod SS needle valve can be used in pipeline system of FCC unit in oil refining unit.

3. All SS needle valve made of austenitic stainless steel with PTFE as seat sealing ring should be used in the equipment and piping system of corrosive medium such as acid and alkali in chemical system.

4. The SS needle valve with flange connection is selected for the product oil transmission pipeline and storage equipment.

5. In the pipeline of city gas and natural gas, the SS needle valve with flange connection and internal thread connection is selected.

6. In the oxygen pipeline system of metallurgical system, the SS needle valve with strict degreasing treatment and flange connection should be selected.
