Product Description

The parking equipment of warehouse aisle stack adopts the technology of PARKROBT parking robot transporter without platform plate, it has low requirements for height, high technical content with high intelligence. It has automatic centering device, safe, reliable, high degree of automation, high efficiency of access car. Depending on the site, it can be set outdoors (generally fully enclosed), indoors, on the ground or underground. At the same time, the equipment also requires relatively independent storage space, no interference from other equipment. Between 50 and 100 vehicles are suitable for a roadway stacker and transporter. According to the specific use area of different garages, usually choose about five floors is more appropriate.

Working principle

When to store a car, the car is parked on the platform at the entrance of the parking lot. The detection device at the entrance of the vehicle can park the vehicle on the parking floor of different heights by detecting the length, the width, the height data of the vehicle.The comb gear parking robot moves underneath the vehicle and takes the car to the transporter using the comb gear cross action. It moves underneath the vehicle and moves it to a stacker, then uses a carrying trolley to park the car in a specific parking space.

When picking up the car, the user swipes his card or makes a reservation through the APP at the exit of the parking lot, and the system sends instructions to the parking robot. After receiving the command, the parking robot moves to the position of the storage frame, and uses the comb gear cross action to take the car from the storage frame to the transporter.Then, through a series of actions, the car is moved to the roadway stacker, and finally the car is conveyed to the exit entrance of the parking lot and turned to the direction of exit, so that users can pick up the car conveniently.

Each layer has a carrying trolley; the trolley will carry the car on this floor to the parking space or put it on the car elevator to realize parking or retrieving.

A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q: How to repair and maintain the product?

A: You don't need too much maintenance because our products all use big brand electric devices and we pay more attention on quality, the whole system can work well in long time. If necessary, we suggest that small parts are maintained once a week, the large parts are maintained once a month.

Q: If the failures of parking equipment happened from customers which are not in the warranty period, how does the company deal with it?

A: First, we would provide some spare parts when the parking system ship out. If any parts need to be replaced in the maintainence work. We will check and help to slove problems by remote operation.

Second, if other parts are dameaged, we will replace them by remote operation upon agreement between both sides. If it is necessary to dispatch our engineers to the site, all the cost occurred will belong to the buyer.
