Introduction
Precision alloy, is a metal material with special physical
properties (such as magnetic, electrical, thermal and other
properties). Most precision alloys are based on ferrous metals,
while a few are based on nonferrous metals. It usually includes
magnetic alloys (see magnetic materials), elastic alloys, expansion
alloys, thermobimetallic, electrical alloys, hydrogen storage
alloys (see hydrogen storage materials), shape memory alloys,
magnetostrictive alloys (see magnetostrictive materials), and so
on.

Sharp | wire, bar/rod, strip, sheet, tube |
Standard | GB/T15018,YB/T5231-2005,YB/T5241-2005,YB/T5235-2005etc. |
Basic performance | It is divided into low-expansion alloy and fixed-expansion alloy,
the latter is also known as sealing alloy.Expansion alloy besides
has the specific thermal expansion coefficient, according to the
different USES also requires a good sealing property, weldability
and corrosion resistance, machinability and cutting, and in the use
of expansion characteristics caused by the temperature range there
is no obvious change of phase transformation, its product is
commonly bar, sheet, strip, wire and tube and so on. |
Expansion alloy applications | It is widely used in glass, metal and ceramic sealing in avionics
and instruments, electric vacuum industry and other electronic
devices, electric light source and other fields. |
