The Hunan MTR hard composite graphite felt is made of PAN (polyacrylonitrile) carbon fiber graphite felt through curing, carbonization and high-temperature purification processing. Our products are flat plates, drums, dishes and other shaped parts, which are widely used in furnaces with high vacuum and inert gas, such as: single crystal growth furnace, polycrystalline ingot furnace, sapphire crystal growth furnace, cemented carbide (powder Metallurgy) vacuum sintering furnace, low-pressure sintering furnace, etc., the maximum operating temperature can reach 3000 ℃. In addition to its excellent thermal insulation efficiency, it also has the characteristics of installation without support, easy installation / removal, etc., which not only saves labor, but also reduces the replacement cycle.

 

The density of this product is 0.18-0.35g/cm3. The surface can be coated with graphite paper or carbon cloth, carbon cloth and graphite paper, graphite paper can be sandwiched between each felt. It can prevent surface fluff, gas leakage (convection), and protect its surface (prevent loss) and increase the strength of hard felt.

 

Reinforced Composite Hard Felt: small heat capacity, low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation performance, rapid heating and rapid cooling without deformation, it is an ideal thermal insulation material for vacuum quench furnace, vacuum brazing furnace, vacuum sintering furnace, and vacuum series high temperature furnace. It is made by primary and secondary high-temperature treatment, and its anti-ablation performance, thermal shock resistance, airflow erosion resistance and thermal insulation performance are excellent.

It has the advantages of high rigidity, self-supporting, high strength, no short fiber loss, and low thermal conductivity that traditional insulation materials do not have.
