1. The air conditioning pipes, condenser, and evaporator need to be cleaned when a new compressor is installed. The internal air conditioner pipes should be separated and cleaned. A special cleaning solution should be poured into the condenser and evaporator of the pipes, allowed to soak for approximately 20 minutes, and then the filth and cleaning solution should be flushed out simultaneously using high-pressure nitrogen.
2. If the drying bottle is a pipeline filter, it needs to be replaced, and the expansion valve needs to be properly cleaned or replaced.
3. Select only pure refrigerant, please.
4. Add about 450 grams of refrigerant and install a new compressor.
The car air conditioning compressor is the heart of the car air
conditioning refrigeration system. It plays a role in compressing
and transporting refrigerant vapor.
There are two types of compressors: fixed displacement and variable
displacement. According to different working principles, air
conditioning compressors can be divided into fixed displacement
compressors and variable displacement compressors. The introduction
of fixed displacement compressors for automobiles is as follows: 1.
The displacement of fixed displacement compressors increases
proportionally with the increase of engine speed, and cannot
automatically change the power output according to the
refrigeration demand, which has a significant impact on engine fuel
consumption; 2. It is generally controlled by collecting
temperature signals from the evaporator outlet. When the
temperature reaches the set temperature, the electromagnetic clutch
of the compressor is released, and the compressor stops working;
When the temperature rises, the electromagnetic clutch engages and
the compressor starts working. The constant displacement compressor
is also controlled by the pressure of the air conditioning system.
When the pressure in the pipeline is too high, the compressor stops
working.
