Operation steps:

1. First turn on the power supply, and start jog to see if the direction of the motor is consistent with the arrow on the pulley cover. If it is the opposite, you need to adjust any two live wires into the distribution box.

 

Mold installation. First fix the lower mold (higher) on the ejector screw, then fix the female mold on the worktable, and then carefully place it on the worktable, and set it in the lower mold with uniform clearance, flexible up and down, and no resistance Then tighten the fixing screws of the platen and the fuselage after the phenomenon of hard friction.

 

2. Put some cloth or other software in the female mold: put the upper punch into the female mold, drive the pulley with your hand to press it down close to the upper surface of the upper punch, and then tighten the screws. Then turn it by hand to see whether the mold is installed in place and whether it deviates. If everything is normal, adjust the pressure to the minimum so that you can start pressing.

 

Before pressing the tablet, jog first. Check whether the product weight meets the requirements.

 

The weight of the product can be adjusted by the lower cap of the ejector screw. Clockwise rotation will reduce the product weight, and counterclockwise rotation will increase the product weight.

 

3. After adjusting the product weight, adjust the height of the apex of the product. The height of the apex of the product is completed by the top and cap of the ejector screw. When the bulge on the big gear is facing downwards, adjust the upper cap to make the height of the apex of the lower die as level as the worktable. Click again to see if the pressure of the product meets the specified requirements. If the pressure is not enough, adjust a small bevel gear on the eccentric wheel, first loosen the two screws on the end of the eccentric wheel, then turn the pinion gear, turn it clockwise, one tooth will reduce the thickness of the product by about 0.25mm , Turn a tooth counterclockwise to increase the thickness of the product by 0.25mm. After adjustment, tighten the screw.

 

4. To adjust the feeder, turn the belt gear to make the upper end surface of the lower punch rise to the highest level (level with the female mold), loosen the nut, adjust the movable mold, and make the front end of the feeder close to the outer edge of the lower punch. Then, tighten the nut and go back and forth several times to see if the feeder can push the product out smoothly.

 

After all the above actions are adjusted, it can be produced automatically.

 

5. Generally, the die of the die must be checked for missing edges, cracks, deformation and quality problems before use. Check whether the equipment of the machine is operating normally, the fluidity of the processed raw materials, the content of fine powder, and the mold sticking situation, so as not to affect the performance and life of the machine. The machine is equipped with a reversing jog button (stop button). When laminations are generated during sheet pressing, the upper punching mold should be calibrated in time before it can be used.
