1.Application:
- The equipment is mainly used for the laying of insulated core
wires, such as copper, aluminum conductor, control cable, signal
cable and small-size plastic cable, etc.
- The equipment adopt of PLC program control + touch screen +
variable frequency speed regulation control + pneumatic control.
- The synchronization performance deviation does not exceed 3% in the
states of start, normal operation, slow stop, emergency stop, etc.,
to ensure the stability of the twist pitch.
- Equipped with an automatic wire-breaking stop machine founction, it
can stop and brake in time when the wire is broken or the wire is
finished.
- The whole machine is operated and controlled by the HMI + color
touch screen, and the electrical system is advanced.

- Driving operation mode: each cage is driven by its own motor, and
the transmission device provides power for the operation and slow
positioning of the equipment. The transmission device is driven by
the geared motor through the belt drive reduction box. such as
forward rotation, reverse rotation, neutral gear, start, stop,
emergency stop, all controlled by the electrical system.
- The stranding cage structure: the cage is supported by the
reduction box and the front stand. The main shaft is supported on
the reduction box and the front support by two sets of double-row
roller bearings. The front and rear support of the cage are
respectively supported by double-row roller self-aligning bearings
to ensure the bearing capacity of the axial movement of the cage.
The cradle frame is arranged in 6 equal parts at each cage, 6-reel
cradle, 12-reel (6+6) cradle, 18 reels (6+6+6) cradle.
- Running structure: the main shaft of the stranding cage is
made of a whole thick-walled rube, and the through tube has no
joints; each cage is connected to the main shaft through flange
lock sleeve, and the cage is cut by Q235 whole board CNC cutting,
The cradle frame is arranged in 6 equal parts; the axis line of the
wire reel frame is parallel to the center line of the main shaft,
and a planetary gear back-twist mechanism is installed behind the
cage, and the back-twist of the wire reel frame is through the
spline back-twist shaft and the back-twist gear connection to
achieve 100% mechanical back-twist.
- Cradle frame: It is made of tailor-welded steel plates, using
bending technology, less welding positions, large bearing capacity,
and boring after overall annealing, durable and unchanged. Equipped
a reel bracket to protect the wire.
- Loading reel method: manual clamping reel, equipped with mechanical
locking, easy to load and unload the reel, the reel is loaded into
the cradle with the help of the lifting device in the workshop.
- Pay-off tension in the stranding cage: The hysteresis tension is
used to provide the pay-off tension. The tension can be adjusted
online without stopping the machine. The constant tension output is
controlled by PLC and operated through the HMI touch screen..
- Braking form: The main stranding cage brake adopts disc type air
pressure brake, to reduce the impact of emergency stop inertia on
the transmission parts. coordinated by the programmable controller
PLC: the variable frequency motor controller, brake resistor, air
pressure proportional valve, air pressure brake, etc. jointly
complete the slow stop, fast stop, emergency stop and other
operations of the whole machine .
- Wire break stop machine: the stranding cage is equipped with DXJ
full-automatic break wire stop device, which can stop and alarm and
brake in time when the wire is completed or broken, The electric
slip ring at the back end of the cage supplies power to the cradle
frame and communicates. slip ring in cradle to supply power and
communicate for break wire stop system.
- The whole machine is operated through the color touch screen of the
