Our MAR-YZ30A Hydraulic Tensioner is engineered for the precise handling of various electric conductors and ground materials. It is specifically designed to facilitate tension stringing operations for optical fiber composite overhead ground wire (OPGW) and all-dielectric self-supporting optic fiber cable (ADSS).
Featuring a bullwheel with durable MC nylon lining segments, our tensioner ensures robust performance and longevity. Its innovative design allows for infinitely variable pay-off tension control, enabling seamless constant tension stringing.
For enhanced safety, our tensioner is equipped with a spring-applied hydraulically released multi-plate brake mechanism. In the event of hydraulic failure, this system automatically engages to maintain safe and reliable operation.
