XYSF100 Pneumatic sleeve regulating valve adopts double sealing structure,
which consists of multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and low
flow resistance fine sleeve adjusting valve body. It is also called
pneumatic diaphragm sleeve regulating valve. The multi-spring
actuator is low in height, light in weight and easy to install.
Minitype valve body runner is S streamlined,The pneumatic sleeve
regulating valve has the advantages of compact structure, light
weight, sensitive action, small pressure drop loss, large valve
capacity, accurate flow characteristics and convenient maintenance,
and can be used in harsh working conditions.The pneumatic diaphragm
sleeve regulating valve is especially suitable for occasions where
the leakage requirement is not high and pressure drop of the control valve is large.The main features of the pneumatic sleeve control valve
are as follows:
(1) It adopts balanced double-sealed valve core, which allows large
pressure difference and stable operation under unbalanced force.
(2) The valve core guide surface is large to improve the
oscillation caused by eddy currents and shocks.
(3) The noise is reduced by about 10dB compared with the ordinary
single and double seat control valves.
(4) The structure is simple, and it is convenient to assemble and
disassemble.
