BSP ultra-fine pulverizer is composed of three parts: main engine, auxiliary engine and electric control. It is compact in design and reasonable in structure. It has air separation type, no screen and no net. The machine is equipped with classification structure, which can make crushing and classification complete at one time. The negative pressure transportation makes the heat energy source generated in the chamber discharge continuously, so it is also suitable for the crushing of heat sensitive materials. The machine has a wide range of application, continuous production process, adjustable discharge particle size, and can handle the crushing and grading of various materials such as chemicals, food, drugs, cosmetics, dyes, resins, shells, etc.

Main components:

1. Crusher part: Centrifugal grading device is installed in the main machine, which has crushing and classification functions. Powder particles can be adjusted;After the material is crushed, the negative pressure is adopted to transport to the outlet of discharge valve.

2. Pulse dust collecting box: Dust is collected inside the dust collecting box. Inside box, there are many dust collecting bags and the bag frames are also made of stainless steel and can be disassembled easily. With pulse-jet cleaning, dust can be collected very conviniently.

3. Electrical control box: Genarally button type can be customized according to customer needs ,such as touch screen.

Working method:

Raw material is delivered into the crush chamber by screw feed, and is cut and sheared by high speed cutters and eddy current generated by the high-frequency vibration. Due to the action of the negative pressure, the powder been crushed goes to public wheel, by grade wheel’s rotating and centrifugal force of the air knife,powder whose size is bigger than grade particle size will be sent back to crush chamber. Qualified powder will go to pipe and be discharged.
