This series of equipments is used in the production all kinds of
carbonated drink contained in PET bottle.Washing,filling and
capping are integrated into one machine.The machine design
scientificly,beautiful appearance,complete function,convenient
maintenance and highly automation.
The production line include DGZAutomatic washer, CYG often pressure
filler, FXZ cap turning machine, SSJ carrying machine ect. The key
parts for washing, filling and sealing are made of high quality

Washing Part:
<1>Rinsing water distributor ensure each working position has
stable water supply, as well as cut the rinsing water consumption.
<2>Single fluid spray nozzle is used, rinser water is
spraying in setting angle, and clean all parts inside of bottle
with features complete rinsing and water saving. Water rinsing time
is 4 seconds and dripping water is 2 seconds;
<1>Material of filling valve and tank are made from stainless
steel 304L.
<2>High speed and precision filling technology, filling flow
rate is 35% higher than Newamstar's second generation filling
technology (reaches to 200ml/s), liquid level precision ≤±2mm;.
<3>Circline liquid tank, the liquid level is controlled by
floating ball.
Capping Part
<1>High speed and high precision capping technology and
ensure capping inferior ≤0.2%.
<2>Capping air tightness ≥ 99.99%
<3>Adopted in constant magnetic torque capping technology.
capping effect is stable and reliable.
<4>The anti-rotation blade is made by chrome material, no
rust and wearable.

If the main parts go wrong without artificial factors within one

you with the best price or maintain it in your site.
Whenever you have technical question in using it, we will freely do
our best to support you.
Guarantee of quality :
The Manufacturer shall guarantee the goods are made of
Manufacturer’s best materials, with first class workmanship,
brand new, unused and correspond in all respects with the quality,
specification and performance as stipulated in this
Contract.
Quality guarantee period is within 12 months from B/L date.
The Manufacturer would repair the contracted machines free of
charge during the quality guarantee period.
If the break-down can be due to the improper use or other reasons
by the Buyer, the Manufacturer will collect repair
parts cost.
Installation:
The seller would dispatch his engineers to instruct the
installation.
Cost would be bear on buyer’s side (round way flight tickets,
accommodation fees in buyer country).
