Introduction
The nitrogen filling and preservation technology of edible oil refers to a packaging technology which uses two or three gases in carbon dioxide, oxygen and nitrogen,
or other special gases such as helium to keep fresh and prolong the shelf life of food. The nitrogen injection machine of edible oil adopts the technology of "nitrogen filling and keeping fresh" which is synchronized with the international. It uses inert gas nitrogen to isolate the oxidation of air, without adding preservatives and synthetic antioxidants (TBHQ), thus preserving the inherent taste, taste and nutritional value of edible oil, and also creates a new fresh-keeping technology for edible oil.
