Hard and soft biscuit soda cracker production line

A whole production line consist of :

Horizontal Dough Mixer

1) Mixing speed : inverter control
 2) Capacity: 150-700kgs
 3) Tub thickness : 5mm and 8mm
 4) Full 304 stainless steel
 5) SEW/Chinese Brand motor and gearbox
 6) Touch screen Siemens PLC control system

Dough tipping Machine

This machine is suit for pouring dough into the hopper, it can save labor.1) Hydraulic pressure tilting
2) Tilting time 20-25 seconds around
 

Three-Roll Sheeter

1) Gauge roller 3 pcs2) Food grade PU belt
3) Groove type feeding roller
4) Dough sheeting thickness can be adjust
5) Safety cover on top of Gauge roll

Two-Roll Sheeter

This equipment is necessary for making hard biscuits. Its function is to press the sheet of dough continuously until the dough has reached the desired thickness.

 
Rotary Cutter
Rotary cutter is forming machine for hard and cracker biscuit.Rotary MoulderRotary moulder is used in making soft biscuit.

Bakery oven
