Our High Efficiency Big HVLS Fan D-500S can quietly deliver
large airflow to cool large areas with low power consumption. Very
suitable for places such as industrial workshops, warehouses, or
other public spaces.
In order to improve weight and strength, we designed high
-efficiency PMSM HVLS fans using 3D computer modeling, and used
aluminum alloy materials to build the fans of the fan. In addition,
the blade is made of high -strength aluminum alloy material to
increase strength, and the blade is drill powder coating to reduce
friction.
In addition, it was redesigned to reduce the weight of the motor,
but it is still possible to get a large power efficiently.

How does it work
The principle of super-large ceiling fans is to move large amounts of air by using slow-rotating, large-diameter fan blades to break up the air stratification. The low speed of the fan makes it more efficient at converting electrical energy into useful laminar flow. Instead of creating high speed, useless turbulence and drag, you end up just creating unwanted heat.

smaller ceiling fans and have the same cooling effect. No other
cooling system is as energy efficient as a system with HVLS
industrial fans.
In fact, research shows that companies can reduce or even completely eliminate the use of expensive air conditioning systems through optimized extra large ceiling fan solutions. Some extra large ceiling fan vendors provide 3D thermodynamic models of customer rooms, which proves the effectiveness of extra large ceiling fan as a cost-effective air cooling system.
