Product Description:
Automatic loader-unloader system, which consists of loading system, unloading system, basket conveyor, basket transfer machine, hydraulic elevator and retort, is the guarantee of after sterilization system working continuously with high efficiency. Filled products enter into the loader through conveyors and the loader can stack products into basket according to certain orders. Full baskets will be automatically sent to retort, sterilized products will be conveyed to the unloader system. Products will be took out of basket automatically then conveyed to downstream packaging system for test and package. This system can handle a large quantity of products synchronously with thesame sterilization effect. All the core parts adopt famous brand to ensure the stability and reliability of the system.

PRODUCT FEATURES
* Suitable for glass bottles and cans
* Main frame is portal frame, and heavy I-shaped steel base. Thickness of the steel is more than 6T
* Lifting chain is RS80 type double-row high-strength chain
* Main drive is famous brand’s motor reducer with brake
* Basket conveyor is RS60 type double-row high-strength chain, the speed is stepless flexible. And the buffer area can store 6 layers of production.
* Can discharger conveyor adopts high-strength, coarse pitch, plastic-steel modular belt, and the body material is 2.5T SUS304.
* When unloading cans, the machine can draw and collect the plates automatically. It is needed to adjust the handlers to grab the whole layer of cans in case of reversal.
* The empty pallets can be collected automatically. Lifting drive adopts motor reducer with brake to make the lifting and falling smooth.
* The manual platform is made of carbon steel, covered by stainless steel antiskid plate.
* The unloading height is 2400mm and it is flexible according to customers’ requirement.
* The adoptable pallets’ size is adjustable, the length is 1000-1400mm, width is 1000-1400, height is 100-180mm. It should be noted if the width is more than 1250mm.
* The whole machine is controlled by PLC, and it can in place, position, rise and fall, draw and put the plate, unload cans, collect empty pallets automatically. It is easy to operate and can handle the problems quickly.
