3) French sofe Bread Production Lines
It is mainly composed of main engine, dividing table, rolling
machine, conveyor and spraying machine. The whole machine is
equipped with German SIKE optoelectronics, Taiwan magnetic drive
and servo motor, Helip frequency converter, Italian SAMLA conveyor
belt, and high quality 304 stainless steel is used in the food
contact part.
French soft bread production line-production process description
1. The prefabricated blank is rolled by three pressing wheels in
Zhejin to form a strip-like surface.
2. The strip face is divided into three equal parts longitudinally
by the matching dividing mechanism of the main engine in the course
of moving.
3. The segmented zonal skin is evenly segmented through an
independent cutting table.
4. The surface section continues with the conveyor belt and is
rolled into shape by a rolling machine.
5. Shaped rolls are manually sorted and loaded into a baking tray
with paper trays by conveyor and wake up.
6. After waking up, the whole product is sent into the spraying
machine to spray fruit pulp, cake pulp and other flavor main and
