1.Machine operator.must be familiar with the construction of the
machinery.Performance, operating methods and safety precautions
before operation. Working, there must be professional Commanding
officer.The commander and the operator should check the signal with
each other before work. Work should with closely.
2. Pile breaker working must be absorbed, not only to keep a clear
head, but also to rational operation. Do not exhaust, drink or take
stimulants, drugs after the operation. Do not talk with unrelated
personnel, laugh, play, downtown, the operation is not allowed to
smoke and eat food.
3. If equipped with hydraulic station, power lines must be safe and
reliable. carefully placed the power cord. Before using the
equipment must be carefully checked the performance, to ensure that
all parts intact.
4. The using pile cutter module must be provided by the regular
manufacturers, away from flammable and explosive materials.
5. When replacing the new module , the hydraulic station power must
be turned off.
6. Strictly comply with the relevant provisions of the maintenance
of pile breaker, carefully do a good job at all levels of
maintenance, to ensure that machinery is often in good condition.
And pay attention to reasonable use, proper operation.
7. Power off, rest or leave the workplace, should immediately cut
off the power.
8. There is abnormal sound, should immediately stop the inspection;
repair or replacement parts must be cut off before the power.
9. After work, turn off the power and clean the equipment and the
surrounding area.
10. Long-term cut-off pile machine, Should be kept in storage
Do moisture protection.
