Introduction of jaw crusher:
Jaw crusher is one of the most popular equipment in mining industry production. It is mainly used for medium or coarse crushing of various materials with a compressive strength below 320MPa. The jaw crusher has the characteristics of high crushing rate, simple structure, stable operation, convenient maintenance and low operating cost. The jaw crusher is driven by the motor through the motor wheel; the eccentric shaft is led out by the V-belt and the groove wheel, so that the movable jaw moves according to the prescribed orbit. Therefore, the material in the crushing cavity composed of fixed jaw, movable jaw and cheek can be crushed and discharged through the discharge port. Jaw crushers are ideal for primary and secondary crushing.

1. This series of crushers is mainly used in metallurgy, mining,
chemical industry, cement, construction, refractory materials and
ceramics and other industrial sectors for medium and fine crushing
of various medium-hard ores and rocks.
2. This series of crushers is most suitable for crushing various
soft and hard ores whose compressive strength is not higher than
300MPa (MPa), and the maximum lumpiness of the crushed materials
shall not be greater than the specifications specified in the
technical parameter table.
