allows you to bake your signature dinner loaves or seasonal breads
quickly while still maintaining the quality of your cooking.
Crafted from 26 gauge aluminized steel, this pan offers added
durability and superior heat transfer when compared to traditional
aluminum pans. It also resists corrosion and is nonreactive to
food, making it sturdy and long-lasting. This six-loaf pan is built
with a sanitary, seamless construction, eliminating areas for food
to get trapped. The 1" band located under the rim helps prevent
warping and maintain the pan's shape after repeated use.
Each pan comes complete with AMERICOAT® ePlus. This glaze is the
industry's leading silicone coating technology and is used on all
Chicago Metallic glazed pans. Using breakthrough silicone resins to
achieve unparalleled results, AMERICOAT® ePlus is specifically
formulated for bakeware applications and is suitable for contact
with food. The glaze features longer-lasting performance, having up
to a 30% longer release life than competing glazes. It also reduces
the need for oil usage up to 50%, is PFOA free, and helps reduce
staining. You will spend less time cleaning and more time cooking,
cutting down on both labor and overall costs!
This pan is capable of holding (6) loaves, each weighing 3/8 lb.

smooth and efficient.
