Description:
LA-ZK500N Automatic internal extraction vacuum packaging machine can realize integration of fully automatic feeding, weighing, bag-making, filling, shaping, evacuation, sealing, bag mouth cutting and transport of finished product and packs loose material into small box type bags of high value, which is shaped at fixed weight. It has a fast packaging speed and runs stably. This unit is widely applied in vacuum packaging of cereals like rice, grains, powder materials like coffee, etc, suitable for mass production, the bag shape is nice and has good sealing effect, which facilitates boxing or direct retail.
This machine is specialized in packing products into vacuum status and brick shapes, various kinds of powder or granules are available, such as coffee, yeast, tea leaves etc. Packed bag keep high quality in sealing, long time in reserving, smart in outlook. Advanced in vibration, pressing, reforming, vacuuming, sealing, cutting, smoothing and conveying such chief processing step, take result in getting nice bag shape and appropriate vacuum degree.
Applicable scope:
1. Powdery material (e.g. coffee, yeast, milk cream, food additive, metal powder, chemical product).
2. Granular material (e.g. rice, other grains, pet food).

This machine equips with bag-making, filling, sealing, cutting, etc. to make pillow bag, gusset bag, etc. Adtops OMRON PLC, Taiwan touch screen, Panasonic servo motor, Japanese photo sensor, Korean air valve, etc. Stainless steel for body.
2. Auto linear weigher one set
It adopts two pairs of weighing hopper, each pair consist of one fast feeder and one fine feeder, in order to keep the speed and accuracy. with all color touch screen for better operating of the machine, compact in design, all stainless steel product contact parts, non-contact parts are stainless steel and aluminum.
3. LA-ZK500N2 automatic vacuum machine one set
With function of auto vibration ,form, vacuum and reseal brick bag, stable works with Siemens PLC and Panasonic servo driver.
4. Production take-off conveyor one set
Made by stainless steel material, 1.95meters for length.
