Full Auto Bagging Machine For 100g To 3000g Birdseed Pet Food Pouches
Introduction:
The Automatic baling machine is synchronized with one or multi vertical packaging machine, to complete the packaged pouch products by request order form (one/two/three rows in horizontal) neatly into the baling bag, sealing and take out.
It achieves from bulk materials to be full automatic operation, saving labors, materials and financial inputs, improving the production efficiency and saving transportation costs with safety storage.
Work flow:
Small pouch packing & output- Horizontal conveyor- Climbing & Pressing Conveyor- Accelerating Conveyor- Collator & Discharger- baling machine.
Advantage:
This packing line is suitable for salt primary packaging( fill bulk salt in plastic bag) and secondary packaging( fill plastic bag in another big bag)
1. LA-5000DS automatic packaging machine has the function of automatic bagging, filling, sealing, date-coding and cutting, adopts Panasonic servo motor for film pulling drive;
2. LA-1100 baling packing machine can work for different size of sachets, own functions of automatic bagging, filling, sealing, date-coding and cutting, adopts Panasonic servo motor for film pulling;
3. Small sachets will be arranged, sorted and fill in the big bag in the order according to customer's requiremnet automatically;
4. Both Primary and secondary packing machine adopts roll film for form and make bags automatically, reduce the material cost.
5. Reduce labor and increase the packaging efficiency and realize factory automatization.
