1.套装轴承内圈,叶轮和联轴器之前,相应的轴配合处和两端旋接螺母Ⅰ,Ⅱ的螺纹处需涂防锈油.
2.加工后的轴承箱在装配前的防锈,对加工过的光亮表面和其它表面涂防锈油.
3.仓库储备时的防锈,除按上述2执行外,对套装叶轮和联轴器的轴颈应涂上硬膜油脂,并用油纸包扎.
4.轴承箱最高工作转速:n=1800r/min.
5.最高油位时的油量:V=20.5L.
6.轴承箱盖螺钉的拧紧力矩:M/A=113.7Nm.

主轴和滚动轴承同置于一铸铁箱体内,此箱体同心地安装在风机下半机壳中并用螺栓固定.
在主轴的两端各装一个滚柱轴承用以承受径向力,为了承受轴向力,在近联轴器端装有向心推力球轴承,承担逆气流方向的轴向力.送风机装有一个向心推力球轴承,一次风机装有二个向心推力球轴承.

2. Anti-rust of the processed bearing box before assembly, apply anti-rust oil to the processed bright surface and other surfaces.

3. For anti-rust storage in the warehouse, in addition to the above 2, the journal of the impeller and coupling should be coated with hard film grease and wrapped with oil paper.

The main shaft and the rolling bearing are placed in a cast iron housing, which is centrally installed in the lower half housing of the fan and bolted.

A roller bearing is installed at each end of the spindle to bear the radial force. In order to bear the axial force, a centripetal thrust ball bearing is installed at the end of the near coupling to bear the axial force in the direction of the reverse airflow. The fan is equipped with a centripetal thrust ball bearing, and the primary fan is equipped with two centripetal thrust ball bearings.
