Q1.Causes of more broken rice in rice processing?
A1:First, the pressure in the rice milling chamber is too high, and
the rolling time is relatively long, which makes the rice grains
broken; Second, the rotating speed of the drum is too high, which
easily breaks the rice grains; Third, the moisture content of the
processed rice is too wet, which easily leads to more broken rice.
Q2. What's the yellow rice?
A2:Rice yellowing is caused by chemical reaction of some nutrients
in white rice under certain conditions, or by microorganisms in
white rice. It needs to be rejected by color sorter.
Q3. What's the stocked rice ?
A3:The aging phenomenon of white rice is serious, the color of old
rice becomes dark, the viscosity decreases, and the original flavor
of white rice is lost. Therefore, we should carefully observe the
color of rice grains. Rice with gray powder or white furrows on its
surface is old rice, and the more it is, the older the white rice
is. At the same time, pick up the white rice and smell whether the
smell is normal. If there is a musty smell, it is old rice. In
addition, observe whether there are insect-eaten grains in rice
grains. If there are insect-eaten grains and insect corpses, it is
also old rice. Therefore, old rice needs secondary processing.
