The 1756-PB75 ControlLogix Standard DC Power Supply by AB is a DC power source module positioned on the left side of the 1756-A4, 1756-A7, 1756-A10, 1756-A13, and 1756-A17 chassis of 1756 ControlLogix devices that also provides power to the chassis backplane. The 1756-PB75 has an input voltage range between 18 and 32V DC with 24V DC nominal and a power rating of 95W input power and 75W maximum output power at 0-60 °C. The module has a maximum surge current of 30A and a signal hold up time of 35ms at 18V DC, 40ms at 24V DC, and 40ms at 32V DC. It has a current capacity of 1.5A at 1.2V, 4A at 3.3V, 13A at 5.1V, and 2.8A at 24V DC.
The 1756-PB75 has an isolation voltage of 250V using a reinforced insulation type tested at 3500V DC for 60s between power input-to-backplane. Its circuitry uses 2.5 mm2 (14 AWG) stranded or solid copper wire with a 0.8 N•m (7 lb•in) conductor screw torque. The 1756-PB75 has a designated T4 ATEX, IEC, and North America temperature codes and it comes with an open-style enclosure. It has a 0-60 °C (32-140 °F) functional temperature range at a relative humidity condition of 5-95% without condensation.
