The AB 1734-OB8E module is an electronically-protected and enhanced sourcing output module with 8 non-isolated, sourcing outputs. It comes with Category 1 rated on-signal ports. The module has a conducted radio-frequency immunity of 10 Vrms with a 1 kHz sine-wave 80% AM from 150 kHz to 80 MHz. The conductors and wire size are 2.5 to 0.34 millimeters square solid or stranded wire rated at 75 degrees Celsius or greater with 3/64-inch insulation maximum. The 1734-OB8E has dimensions of 56.0 x 12.0 x 75.5 millimeters and an EFT/B immunity rating of ±4 kV at 2.5 kHz on signal ports. It has an ESD immunity rating of 6 kV contact discharges and 8 kV air discharges. The module has 8 yellow output status indicator lights, 8 red output fault indicators, and 2 green/red module and network statuses.
