MJZ-6 Distillation Plant

Mingjie batch type pyrolysis plant MJZ-6 distillation plant can be used to refine the pyrolysis oil, waste crude oil and used engine oil etc. It can process 4-6 tons raw oil per day.

This plant has been certified by CE and ISO, have been exported to Iraq, Pakistan, Romania, Jordan ,Malaysia, and England etc.

Pyrolysis oil/waste crude oil/used engine oil can be refined by the distillation plant to the diesel, gasoline and base oil with the process of distillation and refining. The final product can be used in many ways. The diesel can be used as fuel to heat the heavy oil generator, and with specific ratio, the diesel can be used to run the truck and ship.

Q1: How can we use the distillated diesel from the waste tyre and plastics oil?

A1: Pyrolysis oil can be used as fuel directly, or you can use them in the low speed and heavy duty

generator, like boat and ship.

Q2: How can we deal with the heavy oil from the distillation plant?

A2: The heavy oil can be sold as the asphalt to local market, or you can put them to the pyrolysis plant to refine it again.

Q3: How many distillation oil we can get from the distillation plant?

A3: The oil yield is at 80%.
