20-500ml Bottle AVFS Series Servo-Driven Thick Material Filling Machine
Overview
The AVF automatic thick material filling machine is improved on the basis of referring to similar foreign
products and increasing some additional functions, making it simpler and more convenient in terms of operation, precision error, installation adjustment, equipment cleaning, maintenance and servicing. The AVF series have four different filling machines, we name it according to the filling heads. Different filling heads have different filling speed. It is widely used for filling liquid products of various viscosities in such industries as food, medicine, etc. The machine has such features as compact and reasonable design, simple and beautiful appearance and convenient adjustment of filling volume.
Main Performance Features
- Using volumetric metering pump for filling. Servo drive can be used to adjust the filling volume, high filling precision and wide measuring range. Can adjust all the pump filling volume, also can be fine - tuning each pump. Quick and easy to adjust.
- CIP/SIP cleaning and sterilization system can be configured.
Adopt stainless steel pneumatic control valve, suitable for different thickness of material.
-Leak-proof filling needle adopts pneumatic control, so there will be no leakage of needle and wire drawing.
- The machine adopts high level liquid storage tank. Material supply is controlled by level switch. Equipped with thermal insulation system.
- Variable frequency speed control BY PLC, no bottle filling.
- The whole machine is designed according to GMP requirements.
