Carton Flow Rack, with its tilted shelves which improve visibility
and order accuracy, is the perfect answer for split case or piece
picking.
The racking is developed from the medium duty racking. Aluminum or
steel roller rail are equipped between a pair of beams per layer to
form a slope of 3 degree, and under the driven of gravity, product
moved from the loading side to the picking side of the rack, "first
in first out" of goods are realized.
Live storage pallet racking for heavy duty warehousing is
compatible with most types of handling equipment and building
structures.Therefore various storage possibilities can be created.
pallet live storage racking for palletized loads are compact
structures that incorporate roller track sections placed on a
sloped lane to allow the pallets slide over them. It works strictly
on FIFO (first in first out) basis.

1, What is MOQ limitation for ?
A: NO. But large purchase will bring competitive prices, 20FT
container ( 10T~13T) is highly recommended, so that production can
be better handled.
2, What is the lead time in Sunli?
A:As per 20FT container loading, manufacture time is about 21days;
Regarding some customized items 25~27days will be covered.
3, What is payments methods Sunli can accept?
A:T/T and L/C are welcomed.
4, How about Sunli's sample delivery?
A: Short section of uprights and beams can be provided free of
charge. But the freight will be collected upon your duty.
5, What is warranty for Sunli's rack system?
A: All rack items will be warrantied against manufacture's defects.
A:To avoid any shortage or missing components, we will provide
1%~2% spare parts besides basic ones.
6, What about the installation ?
A:Pallet rack, shelving rack, cantilever rack, drive in rack are
bolt-on structure, no skillful workers is involved
A: For complicated project such as mezzanine rack and radio shuttle
rack we can send one engineer overseas to help.
